The clinical picture

the Course of diabetes is inevitably accompanied by violations of many organs and systems. Consequently, the definition of disability the patient is made on the basis of a comprehensive assessment of health status and need for nursing care for patients. There is a myth that diabetes itself leads to disability of the patient and the group will be assigned definitely. This is not so. Diabetes is not a reason for group assignment.

Disability is determined by the aggregate related diabetes diseases and complications, limitation of movement, orientation, communication and disability.
